Introducing Craving Peace Circle, group coaching and support for sugar & food addiction.
From Mayo Clinic:
Participating in a group provides you with an opportunity to be with people who are likely to have a common purpose and likely to understand one another.
Benefits of participating in a group include:
Feeling less lonely, isolated or judged
Reducing distress, depression, anxiety or fatigue
Talking openly and honestly about your feelings
Improving skills to cope with challenges
Gaining a sense of empowerment, control or hope
Improving understanding of a condition and your own experience with it
Getting practical feedback
If you struggle with over-eating or managing the foods you eat, you are not alone.
In fact 88% of Americans are metabolically unhealthy which is directly related to the foods we eat. Article
The Craving Peace Circle will be meeting on Zoom the 1st Monday of each month (April 2023 it will be the 2nd Monday due to Spring Break).
Current Schedule 2023
July TBD based on participation and summer schedules.
This group is for women only. Sharing is encouraged but not required. You will be expected to be on video as that is an important part of connection and mutual support.
We will discuss the many aspects of what, when, & why we eat, especially the unseen issues that could be dominating our struggle. There will also be encouragement for our faith and developing a deeper trust in God.
If you would like to join us, email me at: Sue@CravingPeace.Life for the Zoom link.
